Our commitment to you is the highest quality teas possible. In this day of misleading advertising, We Promise that we will only offer you genuinely good teas with pure, honest ingredients.

 

• We are so confident about the quality of our teas, that we guarantee a replacement tea of your choice, if ever you receive tea that is less than the superb quality that we have promised.

• ​When you sign up, you will be billed on the day you sign up.  You will contiue to be billed monthly for as long as your membership is active.

• After you have completed signing up, you will be emailed a Membership Confirmation Letter.  Your Membership Confirmation Letter will contain a link and instructions on how to choose your 3 tins of premium or non-premium loose leaf tea and 5 packages of premium or non-premium loose leaf tea.  Additionally, the email will contain instructions for accessing your complimentary tea tutorial, videos, Hannah's Garden, Hannah's Heart, Mummy & Me Time and much, much more.

• If you sign up after the 15th of the month, your shipment will be part of the next calendar month's shipment cycle, so you will end up receiving two months worth of membership teas in your first shipment.

• Tea selections can be changed up until the 15th day of every month, at which point any new changes will go toward the following month's shipment.  If no changes are made, then your previous month's order will be ongoing indefinitely, until we are otherwise notifed.

• You will be charged a monthly membership fee of $37.99.

• Your teas will be shipped out to you via USPS around the first day of each month.

• Shipping is free within the contiguous United States.

• Again, if your not completly satisfied, You can cancel your membership at any time before the 15th day of each month.  Any cancelations after the 15th day of that calender month will be fully refunded, minus the $5.00 re-stocking fee.
